Reports to Company directors Key Relationships Directors/Owners, Direct Reports Company Directors/Owners, Field Staff Hours The position is 8 hrs of a work week, this is the minimum expectation however flexible working hours may be negotiated. Duties would include but not be limited to: Data and journal entries into MYOB Bank and other ledger reconciliations, Accounts payable and receivable, Trial balance preparation for FO, Provision of all relevanet data for the preparation of monthly BAS Assist with preparations of monthly reporting, Assist with other office duties Skills required for this position: Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience Experience with MYOB Double entry bookkeeping and Accruals accounting knowledge Understanding of BAS, PAYG & GST processing Attention to detail! 21.01.2022 Bundaberg Field Service's workshop and mobile service is operational again following the recent floods. Firstly, A BIG THANK YOU to all our amazing family, friends, strangers and all the public service that has helped to get to this point. We could have never have got here without you. Please note that all farm machinery that was in our possession at the time of the recent 2013 floods will not be charged additional labour or parts that are strictly a result from the effects of the floods. Bundaberg Field Service looks forward to continuing our fantastic working relationship with our region. 09.01.2022 Checked on the shop again this afternoon, and it is mid thigh in water now, we are hoping to attempt to start clean up tomorrow. Jup is going to check again in the morning. 05.01.2022 Thank you to everyone for all there support for our family and business. As you can see Bundaberg Field Service has been effected by the floods. The below photos where taken on26/01/13 @ 4.30pm, as I am sure that you are all well aware the water has increased dramatically. At this stage we are unsure of of the damage. Justin is still able to carry out some mobile service to certain areas. Please feel free to contact us if need to. Our hearts goes out to all those that have lost. We also would like to offer help to anyone that needs it. Stay safe.
