13.01.2022 For those locally who follow a low FODMAP how wonderful is this! Monash is a world leader in this area and have also developed an app to help people navigate eating low FODMAP. Please remember FODMAP is a therapeutic diet which has an elimination/reduction component AND a reintroduction component. Most people do not have to avoid ALL FODMAPs for the rest of their life. If you need help navigating this please make contact. The Pocket Storehouse products are great and enjoyed by everyone (even those who don't need to eat low FODMAP)

Dried White sage and a mixture of Crysta...l's and palo santo wood sticks and roses. Drying time depends on the size of the stick. So mine will be more as a pretty display as I would sell them freshly made. It seems our favourite bottles are in self isolation and in short supply......so if you have any of these bottles and would like to do your ...bit for not only a small business but for the environment wed be happy to take them back. And as you know, HOTI Kombucha is all about refill and reuse so hopefully we wont have to find another solution. They will be re-used again, creating less waste and saving money.
