18.01.2022 Yum, yum, yummy!! Check out this delicious Ginger Caramel Pavlova recipe below. You can find the limited-edition Whittaker's Ginger Caramel Block at your local Coles. Ingredients: ... Pavlova: 6 egg whites (at room temperature) 2 cups Caster Sugar 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 tsp white vinegar 2 tsp Cornflour Ginger Caramel Sauce: 1cup caster sugar 90g salted butter, room temperature cut up into 6 pieces 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream 1 teaspoon ground ginger Decoration: 300ml cream, whipped Crystallised Ginger, sliced Block Whittaker’s Ginger Caramel Chocolate Method: Pavlova: 1. Pre-heat oven to 110C bake 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper and trace the outline of a large plate onto the baking paper (this will act as a guide for the shape and size of your pavlova) 3. In a large metal or ceramic bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. 4. Continue beating while slowly adding the caster sugar (about a tablespoon at a time) The mixture should get glossier and thicker with each addition and this should take at least 10 minutes. 5. Beat in the vanilla, vinegar and cornflour. 6. Spoon mixture out onto the prepared tray using the circle outline as a guide. 7. Bake for approximately 1 hours until dry and crisp and it lifts easily off the baking paper. Turn the oven off and leave the pavlova in the warm oven for at least an hour before removing from the oven. Finish cooling on a wire rack. Ginger Caramel: 8. Heat caster sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly with a spatula. Sugar will form clumps and eventually melt into a thick brown, golden liquid as you continue to stir. 9. Once sugar is completely melted, immediately add the butter (the caramel will bubble rapidly) 10. Stir the butter into the caramel until it is completely melted, about 2 minutes. If you notice the butter separating or if the sugar clumped up, remove from heat and vigorously whisk to combine it again. (If you’re nervous for splatter, wear kitchen gloves. Keep whisking until it comes back together, even if it takes 3-4 minutes. It will eventually just keep whisking. Return to heat when it’s combined again.) 11. Very slowly drizzle in 1/2 cup cream while stirring (the mixture will rapidly bubble when added.) Allow the mixture to boil for 1 minute. It will rise in the pan as it boils. 12. Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of ginger. Allow to cool completely. Assembly: 13. When completely cool, place on a serving plate, evenly spread the whipped cream over the top. Drizzle with ginger caramel, crystallised ginger and Whittaker’s Bundaberg Ginger Caramel Squares. (Any un-used ginger caramel can be sealed and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 months)

Check out this amazing Ginger Caramel Brownie recipe below Ingredients: ... 300g butter cup dark cocoa 2 cup brown sugar 3 large eggs 1 cups flour 250g Block Whittaker’s Bundaberg Ginger Caramel Chocolate Method: 1. Preheat oven to 160C fan bake. 2. Grease and a line a baking tine (we used a 20cm x 30cm tin) 3. Melt the butter and cocoa. Once melted, add the brown sugar. 4. Quickly beat in the eggs one at a time. 5. Mix in the flour and pour into the tin. 6. Chop up the Ginger Caramel block carefully in to individual squares (as to ensure the caramel remains encased in each square). Push each square into the brownie, so that the brownie batter covers each. 7. Bake for ~30 minutes or until firm around the edges. 8. When cool, cut into squares.

Ingredients: ... 250gm Butter 100gm Sugar 1/2tin Sweetened Condensed Milk 350gm Flour 4 tsp Baking Powder 200gm Creamy Milk Chocolate, chopped 125g Bundaberg Ginger Caramel Block, chopped into individual squares Method: 1. Preheat oven to 180C 2. Cream butter, sugar and condensed milk until light. 3. Sift flour and baking powder together and add to creamed mixture. 4. Mix in chopped Creamy Milk chunks 5. Take a square of Bundaberg Ginger Caramel chocolate, cover in dough and roll into a ball (as to ensure the square is encased in the ball of dough) 6. Flatten and place on a baking tray. 7. Bake 10-15mins until golden brown (allow to cool on the tray for 5mins and then transfer to a wire cooling rack).
