25.01.2022 GREAT NEWS!!!! BSA will begin to offer all levels of babies & toddler and learn to swim lessons from Monday 15th June. Squads will increase to more than one per lane. Our Aquatic Industry Alliance has presented a COVID-19 plan to the Government which has been approved. Details of our plan moving forward and the restrictions in place will be emailed to each family. We have some very exciting news moving forward! Our preferred method of communication will be by email. [email protected]. Our team will then contact you to confirm your booking.

19.01.2022 A unique position has become available in our kiosk. Different to the casual role previously advertised we are seeking someone who is able to work on a roster Monday to Friday one week and Tuesday to Saturday the next. Hours each day will vary depending on the roster. We are looking for a mature minded person with excellent customer service skills and great computer skills. The role will involve assisting our busy kiosk to run smoothly. Tasks will include but not limited to...; - enrolling new families - managing customer bookings - selling and stocking canteen items - ensuring COVID sign in and restrictions are followed - working within the kiosk team to ensure the week runs smoothly To be successful in this role you will have: - Blue Card - First Aid certificate - Excellent customer service skills, with at least 5 years experience - Great computer skills - Excellent multitasking skills If you feel you have the mentioned skills required to complete this role please email a detailed resume and a covering letter outlining how your experience will assist with this role to [email protected]. 08.01.2022 Good news! BSA will be re-opening from Monday 18th May for lap swimming. Government restrictions will mean swimmers have to book a time so we do not go over the limit of 1 swimmer per lane. phone 41531963 or pm us for details. one person per lane per lap swimming... a maximum of 10 swimmers per pool no spectators, except for up to one parent/carer per child, if necessary communal showers and change rooms are closed, toilets may remain open minimise the use of communal facilities shower with soap before and after swimming (at home, not at the pool) Squad families can contact us to see how we will set up our squad programs. Limited squad swimming will commence from Monday 18th May. Learn to swim will still be a little while away but rest assured we will begin classes as soon as we are allowed. We are busy putting every effort into place so we can begin quickly once advised we can.

07.01.2022 BSA reminds patrons not to bring glass into our facilities. Please note if glass breaks in a pool we cannot see it and the last thing we want is for a customer or staff member to be hurt on broken glass. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CHILDRENS MASKS ARE MADE FROM TEMPERED GLASS. They are banned from use at BSA. This includes the waterpark.

03.01.2022 While numbers increase to 20 tomorrow we are still limited to one person per lane, so bookings are going to remain as they are for now. We are aware that our industry has submitted a COVID Safe Plan but we don't know how that's going to look just yet. Hopefully we have come clarification later in the week.
