21.01.2022 Saturday 21/11/20 @ 19:31 one of our caring residents noticed an elderly lady locked out of her house with a bunch of shopping bags on her front porch the Good Samaritan tried to open the door with the key given to her by the elderly resident and this didn’t work. The crew of FRNSW Station were called and were able to gain entry, once inside we found the light in the lounge wasn’t working so we replaced that, checked the smoke alarms and helped carry in the groceries. All done and one happy lady to be back in her house.
