06.01.2022 A great Christmas function today for members of the Bundaberg District Women Veterans and guests at Rowers on the River in Bundaberg. A wonderful meal, great service and fun raffles. Entertainment was provided by a volunteer group of members named the Navy Plus Choir - hamming it up with a festive feel.

01.01.2022 For DVA Veteran’s Health Week some of our members got active on the Burnett River for a morning of kayaking yesterday. The clouds cleared away for a sunny day and the smiles showed how important it was for our well-being to just get out there and have a go. After all of that physical activity we all joined in a lovely, picnic lunch with a cuppa and a chat under the shady trees at Lions Park. Thank you to DVA for the sponsorship and our organisers for a great, fun day.
