11.01.2022 After a slow start to winter, my Oyster shrooms have now decided conditions are juuuust right and are growing so fast I’m sure I can hear them! This pic is from my latest harvest looking extra hearty and delicious My latest cooking idea is quick, easy and sooo yum! * Start with 100g of shrooms * Dry fry in a pan over medium heat until brown all over (about 5 mins)... * Add 1 tbsp oil of your choice (I used butter) with salt and pepper * Fry again a few more minutes Tasty, crispy, healthy treats perfect with a cold beverage!
