16.01.2022 Over the past few weeks, we have had some great students from Bundaberg North State High school enter Lions Youth of Year quest. At the zone final yesterday Jackson represented Moore Park Lions club and Tyler represented Bundaberg North Lions. It was a bit close final, with Tyler winning the public speaking section. Well done to all involved..

15.01.2022 We had the pleasure today to present the Laurie Webster Memorial trophy to Bundaberg North Lions 2018 youth of Year club winner Katherine carnavan. It was an ideal time to promote the 2019 YOY quest in front of the North state High school parade assembly. Congratulations Katherine.
14.01.2022 We were asked to do the BBQ for the Remembrance Day event in Quay Street today..Got to pull the cobwebs of the Mobile BBQ trailer and she fired up very well delivering heaps of meals. A big thanks to RSL sub branch auxiliary and our Lions attendees.

12.01.2022 Today we had the pleasure of presenting the winners of our Lions Youth of the Year Club awards to Tyler and Jackson. Each winner received a replica of the Harry Buchbach Memorial plaque, being a founding North Bundaberg Lion, who was instrumental with supporting our local youth.

11.01.2022 We enjoyed a great Lions changeover night at the EEH where Bargara Lions and Bundaberg North had their annual combined changeover.. Congrats to all incoming officers. Tonight we also seen three distinguished Lions with 81 years of combined service, presented with the Ian M Stockdale Humanitarian Award.
08.01.2022 We enjoyed our visit to the Australian Sugar Cane Railway marking the 30th Anniversary and commissioning of the steam loco, Invicta. We were treated to two laps around the Botanical gardens.
07.01.2022 Tonight we completed the combined Bundaberg North and Moore Park Lions Youth of Year Club judging. Six great students from Bundaberg North State High School. Our two Club winners were Emily Kosten and Braydan Bielefeld..The Public speaking award went to Cade McMillan. Congrats to all contestants, and we wish Emily and Braydan success at the Zone finals.
