20.01.2022 Thank you to everyone at the Commonwealth Bank, today we received a CommBank Community Donation Thanks to Mark & Joanne for visiting our Centre today & presenting the cheque. Mark & Joanne really enjoyed their visit to us today while we were at the Centre for the AGM. We hope to see Mark & Joanne again & their CommBank team. Thanks Tim for coming along to accept the donation cheque. Great way to finish up the year

20.01.2022 In 2019 we had the Inaugural Presentation for Rider and Volunteer of the year. 2020 ‘Rider of the year’ is the ever happy Leanne. All our riders enjoy their ride days, Leanne was so joyous to see everyone when ride days resumed after the COVID break. Leanne especially enjoys ‘glamming’ up at the ride days. Leanne is always very enthusiastic & keen & pleased to see everyone 2020 ‘Volunteer of the year’ is Leona - always happy to step in & do everything & anything that’s needed. Always reliable & dependable. Dedicated- including attending this ride day with a rib injury. Thank you

16.01.2022 What a wonderful day we all had on Wednesday I have taken so many photos & everyone looks just so amazing, I’m finding it tricky to cull them down to one or two photos per person. So bare with me...I’ll post some photos very soon Many many Thanks to everyone who made the day special- it was warm & many kilometres were walked under a very warm A few sore feet & smidges of sunburn.Thanks to Ronnie & Rhonda for feeding us, makes such a difference. The horses seemed to ...really enjoy the day out Trail riding & were beautifully behaved whilst dump trucks, tractors, Bob cats, tree loppers to name a few distractions were hard at work. The Christmas setting was lovely & thanks to everyone who made such an effort to look festive. We’ll need to keep it fairly simple - so if your Christmas outfit was also your riding outfit, that would be great. & simple decorations for the horses that can be quickly & easily be attached & then removed again. ... Look forward to some festive fun (Jackie) Dear centres A little bit of fun for the end of a very challenging year. RDAQ are holding a photo competition, dress your horse up Christmas theme open to all RDAQ members. 1st and 2nd prizes have been made and donated by the Halcyon Quilters group and the 3rd prize will be a bag of RDAQ goodies. Send in a photo of your real horse or a hobby horse, soft toy horse, plastic horse, what every you would like by 26th November. The draw will take place at Halcyon Glades selected by the members of the quilters group. See attached flyer. Good luck and have fun. 11.01.2022 Yesterday was the last ride day for 2020. As always an enjoyable day thanks to our amazing volunteers & horses. Big Thank you to everyone who was involved with the Ride Day program this year. Those working hard on the days & also the hours that others don’t ‘see’. Big shout out to our coaches who put in a lot of hours behind the scenes to ensure the days are well planned. To all our program horses & those that care for them & transport them each week. THANK YOU A few pictures of our day - riders received a photograph taken during the year as a memento of their time riding.

10.01.2022 Sadly we are unable to access the Undercover Arena at the Regional Precinct on Wednesday 4th & 11th November. With the current heat/humidity we have had to reorganise what we can do ‘outside’ The plan is as follows: 4th November ... NO RIDE DAY Volunteer training 9 - 12 11th November Ride day for all Bundy RDA riders Group 1 & 2. Short trail ride Christmas Photos for ALL Riders. Please wear your favourite Christmas outfit & we’ll have some Festive ‘props’ available for the photos The cost for this activity will be $20 per Rider.
