24.01.2022 Evening all as many of you know due to Covid we can only have 20 max and as such at the moment we currently do not have any vacancies to take in new members. I'm hoping this may change sooner rather than later but until then i need to let you all know that both sessions are full until further notice. For those that have already been attending our sessions you will still be able to book your sessions through the privet groups, if you aren't on either group please contact me o...r Emma and we will add you. Once our situation changes we will let you all know and open the sessions back up Clarinda
23.01.2022 Good Evening everyone So after much deliberations over the past few days while we have been watching the news and preparing to return then watching COVID become more spread within our community, the committee and I have made the decision that it would be socially irresponsible for us to open at the moment. At this stage we are hoping we will beable to reopen in the last week of August. ... This is to give us a better picture in terms of how far this virus is spreading into our communities. I know many of you were looking forward to starting back up, however i feel that i have a duty of care towards all of you and if we were to open right now, while the uncertainty is rising again i feel that many people will not want to take the risk. So please stay safe, and we will give you an update as soon as possible on when we will be returning. Thanks Clarinda

Either way, any day is a good day to enjoy some music with your children. Here are some ideas to start your music time activity!!... #bungarribeeplaygroupnsw #playgroupnsw #nearlytheendofmusicmonth #happydance

19.01.2022 So with the increase of restrictions which will mean our playgroups will only allow for a max of 20 per session including kids i would like to know your thoughts on how you would like us to move forward. So please feel free to comment here, or send a message or if you are part of one of our privet groups please feel free to vote there to. Some ideas that we are tossing around include:... Staying closed until term 4 - or even the end of the year Running split sessions that would be 1.5 hours long. So please let us know your thoughts! Thanks Clarinda

14.01.2022 Good Evening I just wanted to inform you all that at the moment Thursday group is full and no longer taking new members until a place opens up. For those that already attend on Thursday please see the closed Facebook page for more information. I'm so sorry for all those that have been waiting patiently for us to reopen, however due to our restricted numbers we can only accept so many new families at a time.... However at this stage Friday still has a few of places to join. Friday group is an all age group, we do have babies, we are actually expecting our next one this week and i'm sure there is probably more on the way. Our baby area is separate from the older children, so please feel free to check us out. Clarinda
12.01.2022 Thursdays are back! Get your tickets fast as its first in best dressed. 10.01.2022 Mark your calanders we are back from next week! Once we are organised enough i will let you all know what it will look like, but at this stage we will have to limit our sessions to 20 max including children so it will be fist in first dressed
10.01.2022 Good Afternoon all, At this stage we are hoping to return next week, however with the current climate surrounding COVID we are unsure and would rather be on the safer side than risk everyone's health. At the moment we are asking all of our members to take part in the poll that has been created so that we can gauge everyone's thoughts and feelings on a safe return. ... So if you are a member of one of the privet groups on Facebook can i as that you let us know what you would like to do. Hopefully we can confirm by the end of the week if we will be returning. Of course this is all pending government recommendations and restrictions. What playgroup would look like when we do return -A maximum of 30 people, this number includes children regardless of age -For each session weekly, you will need to 'pre book' so that we know how many we coming, that way we know how many 'spots' we can offer to potential new members. Returning members will always be offered a spot first. Just because you attended last week, doesn't mean you wont have to book for the next week. -If you or your child is in anyway sick, we ask that you stay away. even if its just a slight runny nose / cough, unfortunately we can't be to careful. -Everyone will be required to sign in and give details upon entry. You will be required to sanitize upon entry -The children WONT be required to social distance ( as if kids ever do) but its recommended that all adults do. -where practical we will be limiting the amount of toys brought out, this includes NO BALL PIT -At the end of every session, as a group we will need to disinfect all toys used and clean any areas such as the kitchen or chairs that you used. We will need to keep a log of this happening. We will be providing all cleaning equipment. Some of these requirements have been set by council, while others are set out by Playgroup NSW. Thanks Clarinda

09.01.2022 In the theme of global wind day and music month at playgroup, we thought we would explore the wonderful world of wind music. A quick search on google and you'll uncover a huge array of craft activities and songs that explore both wind and music. So this week, why don't you get creative by making your own wind music instruments or simply dance in wind! Recycle old cans, bottles, bottle tops or beads, and string together to create a wind chime. Get crafty with paint, glue and ...glitter. Or perhaps you'd like to make your own trumpet - a rolled up piece of paper or a toilet roll or two is all you really need. 04.01.2022 Evening all With the return of playgroup this week i would like to remind you that as per the current health orders please do not attend if you have been overseas, in Vic or in a hotsopt, you or your child has ANY symptoms, this includes a runny nose. And if you are supposed to be self isolating please do. We are trying to do the right thing by you all but we will need your help. We have purchased extra cleaning supplies and sanitizer and we will wash and disinfect all toys ...used each session, plus wipe down with disinfectant all touch spots like door handles and switches. So please stay away. I don't want to be the playgroup that has an outbreak if you are unwell i do have a waitlist of people for each session that would be happy to take that spot for that week. So please im reminding you, do the right thing by each other and welcome back to playgroup! Clarinda
