18.01.2022 Albert van Wyk of the National Rifle Association of Australia talks about how his local club transformed his life. As restrictions ease and we start returning t...o normalcy, it's time to get back out to our local range and show support to the great clubs that have helped us grow in the sport, and in life. Safety is our number one priority, so make sure to contact your local club before heading back to the range! See more

09.01.2022 It is with broken hearts that we let our rifle shooting family know of the passing of our much loved Bill, Dad and Poppy Bill Heald. Dad peacefully passed away yesterday morning April 1st with Mum by his side. He truely loved everything that shooting bought to him. As a family we spent the majority of our holidays on a rifle range some where. The best holidays we could have wished for as kids. Mum loved the friendships just as much as Dad loved his shooting. His highest ...achievements were winning the Tassie Queens in January 1988 and his Australian selection in the Palma Team in 1992 along with a large number of Country, State & Veterans Teams. He was a tough competitor, we knew when to hang around and cheer him off the mound when he had a good hit and we knew when to run too! He loved a beer at the end of the day with his mates which topped it off for him. To all those legends who have passed before him, it’s now time to add another stool to the bar. The shooting is done and the beer is cold. As Dad would say just one good shot. We will miss him terribly. Much love from Lorraine, Donna,Karen & Dale and his adored grandkids Sam & Amy, Jackson, Mackenzie (aka Samantha) & Isaac, Molly & Sarah
