24.01.2022 Getting carrots started in our outside Wicking Bed. We used radishes as markers for the carrot rows as they germinated early. They are visible in the 2nd and 3rd photos. The black Pot is an inbuilt worm farm. We should be enjoying carrots for Christmas!

22.01.2022 We are just starting to harvest our garlic, which is looking good inspite of the dry weather. We will be curing it over the next few weeks and have it ready for sale early in December. We currently have heaps of garlic scapes if you would like some. Our recently released Merlot 2017 is now available for tasting and it it tasting delicious - lots of berries and chocolate flavours. Come and visit us at our cellar door on Sundays and taste all our wines.

05.01.2022 Now that winter is here - overnight frosts down to -5C, we get more attention from our visiting kangaroos in the early morning. Our wood stove keeps us toasty warm so we can still enjoy the cold.

04.01.2022 Whilst spring has started late, the warmer weather has arrived early so we are taking a chance of not getting another frost and we have planted out our first bed of Tomatoes 6 different varieties - all delicious!
