19.01.2022 The trials for the 2021 WVAS Tennis Program are now open for people to register. The trials will be held on Sunday 29th November, 2020 at the Ballarat Regional Tennis Centre @ 1:00pm. 10.01.2022 Great news for Regional Tennis! A main outline of the changes are listed here. Please see https://www.tennis.com.au//Community-Tennis-Guidelines-Reg for the full details. Outdoor courts may remain open for the following:... o Singles and Doubles play permitted o Competition play can return o Group coaching with up to 10 participants plus the coach o A cap of 10 participants per group ie. Up to 10 participants per court is permitted All indoor facilities must remain close this includes all indoor courts and clubhouses o Toilets/changerooms may remain open if indoors Cafes in club houses can open subject to the Industry Restart Guidelines for Hospitality Tennis equipment must not be shared Spectators are not permitted unless supervising children or assisting players with additional needs. A register of participant details that enter the facility must be maintained, you may want to use this QR Code resource to assist with participant tracking and encourage facility users to download the COVIDSafe app Participants 12 years and older must wear a face covering, unless an exemption applies. If you are doing strenuous physical exercise you do not need to wear a face covering but you must carry one with you. Strenuous exercise can include playing tennis. See more

09.01.2022 This years Junior C5/6 grades, will look quite different to previous years. Kids can enter as individuals (through a club), and will play using orange dot balls, lower nets and smaller courts. They will have a dedicated organiser who will teach them match play skills over the season. The matches will all be 11am to midday, at the Buninyong Tennis Centre, beginning October 10th.



08.01.2022 The weather turned out a good show for our first week of matches for the 2020/21 tennis season! We hope everyone enjoyed being back on the court and is looking forward to next week.
