20.01.2022 Handstands are an important skill in gymnastics and extremely hard to master. They require strong arms, shoulders and core to hold your body up and balance to keep your body in a tight position. There are many exercises you can practice at home to build strength for a handstand. Handstands are used on all Women's and Men's apparatus and are arguably the most essential shape in gymnastics. Head Coach Alex & Mavie in Level 8-10 Jade perfecting this shape with this handstand dri...ll using 2 bars. #handstand #handstanddrills

02.01.2022 Save Community Sport Let's remind Randwick City Council of the importance of community sport! We need to ensure a community-owned gymnastics facility is built to meet the current and future needs of the region.... The existing proposal by Council will result in current gymnasts missing out and does not accommodate the families that are already denied access to gymnastics. Please sign the petition to show your support! #ChooseToChallenge #Savebunneronggym
