25.01.2022 we had a few days in our house last weekend putting in a new lounge so that we have it all matching. Always something to do when you own a holiday home. also had to replace the water pump which was tripping the earth leakage safety switch when it got a bit hot. all good now. also had a chance to celebrate our wedding anniversary and enjoy a glass of bubbles with the sunset on Mt Mowbullan. You to can enjoy a few days in the Bunya Mountains, it's wonderful at this time of the year and much quieter than during the busy winter. Enjoy a few of our photos.

23.01.2022 We have just spent a couple of nights at Firetail with 2 of our grandchildren and had a great time refreshing their memories of the Bunya Mountains. (They have been in NZ for the last 6 years) Why don't you refresh your memories of this beautiful part of our world and get away from the hot sticky weather everywhere else. Plenty of vacancies and deals over summer with cool nights. We also finally got a slab table and chairs on our deck which looks great but heavy, had to get h...elp to get it onto the deck.. Enjoy a few photos. Cheers Peter

12.01.2022 We have just had a wonderful weekend at Firetail with two Rotary exchange students. One from Norway and another from France. They both enjoyed the birds the wildlife and the rain forest. It is always a great place to take visitors from overseas or anyone who has not enjoyed a cool break in this beautiful part of the world. Why don't you check out the summer specials that are still available. Enjoy a few photos. Cheers Peter & Sylvia

12.01.2022 Looking for somewhere to go to beat the December heat and all the mad pre-Christmas rush? Look no further than Firetail in the Bunya Mountains. Much cooler than wherever you are in SEQ and less crowds. Get to enjoy great sunsets, walks in the rainforest or just enjoy putting your feet up and have a cold beer on the deck without any hassles. Plenty of vacancies in early December or for something special why not book for New Years eve in the Mountains 31/12 to 3/1/2021 is still available but get in quick before I book it myself. Peter H

08.01.2022 We just spent a few very cool days at Firetail. The fire was on most of the time to keep us warm. Spring is in the air, the weeds know it, the seeds know it, and the bees know it. Its dry on the walking tracks with cool nights and warm days. Why not get in before the nights warm up too much, there are still a few nights available in September but get in quick
