21.01.2022 Saturday the 15th of August. The new web site is just about done. A few minor adjustments to make and then a lesson to remind me how to drive it and off we go.

20.01.2022 The new web site is up and running. I just have to learn how to control it now. Have a look at www.bunyipsaddlery.com.au I will be busy now for the next couple of days making bridles and rein set for a couple of customers, and a new collar for a lady. I will be doing some lettering on the collar. Good idea so your dog can be returned if it does a runner.

15.01.2022 Finally .....finished the custom Clydesdale bridle Hope it fits. After much effort and a lot of mathematics to get all the stuff on the cheeks, I f...inally have this bridle and reins done. Braiding on the brow, braiding on the cheeks, little heart on each cheek, and 2 buckles. See more

09.01.2022 Calm and quiet on the home front. People are heading back to normal and not calling, texting, or emailing back when you ask something. The only person to ...reply in the last week has been after money for sponsorship. Fly masks will be required soon when the flies come back. Look out for that. 09.01.2022 Two new bridles in the last fortnight. One was a very pale color with matching reins. This one was hand stitched The second one is a work bridle with snaps to attach to the bit. Matching reins. Both took a bit of time to put together. Love the challenge. Two very different pieces of gear.

08.01.2022 The new web site should be up and available today. Have a look and see if there is anything that whets the appetite. No shows will be going for a while yet so we'll all have time to practice whatever it is that we like to do. I have to teach my horse how to jump barrels. I don't do jumping. So I guess I have to make myself brave enough as well. Then maybe we will be ready to take on the Extreme Cowboy event that WILL be held soon at Garfield. Been looking forward to that since March. I will be putting a special out in the next couple of days. Look out for that. Jenny

03.01.2022 I had my first long ride (20kms) yesterday since the knee surgery in June. Doing it all again this morning while the sun is out. I might even hand deliver the set of rings I repaired for a local last week. See what I can fit in my hands. This afternoon I think I will try to set up an extreme trail practice area in the arena. I have the shortened bridge and the off cut. I have the poles and I think I even have an old tarp. I have lots of rope. I have a cou...ple of old drums. Need to get hold of the farrier so that I can borrow his lassoo. Any other ideas??? Then I will finish the bridle I am making for Shelley in Pakenham. I do hope she likes it. See you all soon. All need oiling before use so I will throw in a small bottle of oil to go with the deal. 1. The first bridle is a black cob size. It is 1 & 1/8 of an inch wide. It has braided sides and braiding on the brow, which is 15 inches The brow has chicago screws for easy removal for cleaning. It has two silver hearts. It has a strong nickel plate buckle and chicago screws at the bit end. The price on this was $120 With the discount $18 it will now be $102 plus post. 2. The 2nd bridle is also Black. It is 7/8ths of an inch wide. It has a big bold nickel plate buckle and three small silver strips. It has chicago screws at the bit end. It has a removable throat latch with a nickel plate buckle. Bridle 3 is big and bold It is a black cob It is one inch wide It has a brass buckle on each side and has leather ties at the bit.
