16.01.2022 Update 5pm: A driver has died in a fatal crash at Two Wells today. Just after 11.30am today, Wednesday 6 January, police and emergency services were called to ...the intersection of Port Wakefield Highway and Brooks Road, Two Wells, after reports of a two-car crash. The driver of a Toyota sedan, a 67-year-old Two Wells man, sadly died at the scene. His passenger, a 62-year-old Two Wells woman, sustained non-life threatening injuries and was airlifted to the Royal Adelaide Hospital. The occupants of the Volkswagen utility, a 59-year-old man and a 54-year-old woman of MacDonald Park, received minor injuries and were taken to hospital by ambulance. Major Crash investigators attended the scene and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash. The man is the 3rd life lost on South Australian roads so far this year. The road toll at the same time last year was 1.

Gawler Administration Centre Open from Monday 23 November Gawler Public Library and Evanston Gardens Library Open from Monday 23 November Gawler Civic Centre Open from Monday 23 November, with restrictions (including 1 person per 4 square metres) in place. Gawler Aquatic Centre Open Tuesday 24 November for lap swimming only. Hours of operation will be: Weekdays 6am to 6pm and Weekends 7am to 1pm Gawler Sport and Community Centre Will remain closed as per emergency directions. Further information will be provided in this regard as soon as possible. Elderly Centre Open from Tuesday 24 November for groups who wish to attend.
