According to Kyorin University, Dr. Yoshihiko Koga has been carrying out this study for some time by examining several volunteers, he found out what is actually best to eat in the morning. And the answer was only one, natural ice cream. In fact, Dr. Koga asked some volunteers to divide into two groups. He made the first ones eat ice cream for breakfast, other different foods. As soon as the meal was over, he began to ask all the participants questions ...of general knowledge. Those who had eaten the ice cream were able to give immediate and efficient answers. Instead, those who ate other foods were much slower in coming up with the correct answers.
