25.01.2022 Thursday morning we will be in Tara with watermelons and garlic. Seeded and seedless melons available starting at $4.00. They are so juicy and sweet. Our chemical free garlic is $25/ kilo and starts at $3.00 for a small bag.

23.01.2022 Wednesday afternoon we will be at the Jandowae Road and Warrego Hwy corner in Dalby with watermelons and garlic. (WEATHER PERMITTING). We have missed the last couple of days due to storms. Then on Thursday morning it's Tara's turn. We will out there in the usual spot.

22.01.2022 Thank you to all our friends and cutomers for your help and support. We still have some of our late harvest garlic left, but it is going quickly. As we are growing the garlic business we now have a new facebook page BURANDO DOWNS GARLIC and are in the process of building a web page also. Please continue to follow us on the new page. Leon is already preparing for the next crop so if all goes to plan it won't be too long without garlic this year.

22.01.2022 The sign of a nice ripe melon. Just a bit of a bump and now we have to eat another one. .eon is at the Jandowae Road and Warrego Hwy corner in Dalby now and tomorrow we are in Kingaroy on Youngmans Road near the showgrounds from 8.00 am. This is the last chance to get melons before Christmas.

21.01.2022 After a couple of weeks off it's back to the markets again. This weekend is Nanango on Saturday and then Caboolture on Sunday. We still have chemical free garlic and watermelons. The tuberoses are starting to flower and the fragrance is absolutely gorgeous, so come and see us if you would like any of the above.

18.01.2022 On our way to get another load of beautiful farm fresh watermelons. We will be at the Jandowae Road and Warrego Hwy corner in Dalby this afternoon and in Kingaroy tomorrow.

17.01.2022 Here is the schedule for the Roma run on Wednesday. We will be in Chinchilla from 8am to 9am at the tourist Information centre then in to Miles at the milk depot opposite Caltex between 9.45 and 10.45. Yuleba 11.45 to 12.15 opposite the service station. Wallumbilla at The Calico Cottage between 12.30 - 1.30.... Roma from 3.30 to 6.30pm and Thursday morning 7.30 to 12.00 under the trees opposite the public toilets out by the big rig. Hopefully things go to plan and the weather permits. See more

14.01.2022 We are set up and ready to go at the my local feast farmers market at the cobb and co museum. Come down and get your chemical free veggies before they sell out, carrots, beetroot, kale, turnips and garlic all fresh off the farm.

We will be at the Jandowae Road and Warrego Hwy corner in Dalby from 3pm to 5pm today, Friday. Garlic also available. The tuberoses are now flowering and have a magnificant fragrance.

10.01.2022 Seeded and seedless melons available Friday afternoon from 2.00. We will also have some of our seedless purple grapes and garlic. Just west of the Jandowae Road and Warrego Hwy corner in Dalby under the tree until near dark weather permitting.

09.01.2022 It's done!!! All the garlic is finally planted but we have only a little bit left. All we need now is some rain. So if you need garlic you will have to come and see us at either My Local Farmers Feast Market at Cobb and Co in Toowoomba on Saturday or at the Chinchilla markets on Sunday. Lots of beautiful black garlic, pickled garlic, garlic oil and other preserves and baked goods though.

07.01.2022 Today could be the last chance to get melons before Christmas. On our way back from the farm and will be up the roadside this aftenoon. Please look for us as we could be on the other side of the Jandowae road in the shade of the tree. Sorry we didn't get to pick anymore grapes.
