NASAS OFFERING ONLINE ASTRONAUT TRAINING WHILE YOURE STUCK IN LOCKDOWN NASA and the ISS National Lab have developed a range of advent...urous programs and activities for all the children stuck in home lockdown, including a training program to become a home astronaut, build a hovercraft, launch rockets, and many more. Now children can follow their lead, with free educational activities that equip parents to help students explore science subjects, from life sciences and human health to robotics, maths and physics - complete with specific guides for kindergarten through to year 12. Students can take part in experiments like astronauts do on the International Space Station, and compare the results to those from space. We know many students are learning from home right now, and hands-on activities are especially important to keep students engaged and learning. - We are all in this together. - Source: Science Alert

Gardening gloves, gardening tools (clippers, small chainsaw) would be handy. You will receive an $80 reimbursement of your maintenance levy for attending a working bee which is deducted from your Term 4 fees. Hope to see you there

Two of the three options that have been tabled would mean either removal of the play space behind kinder, or a play space that doesnt cater to preschool age children.... 15.01.2022 When school goes back this week, itll look a little different. Schools will provide everything our kids need to study remotely but theres always room for ex...tra learning . Thats why were doing this. Were teaming up with ABC Australia to massively expand the educational programming on offer and to bring the classroom into the living room (or dinner table or kitchen). More than 4,000 videos, resources and games will be available on the ABC website that match up with the Victorian curriculum. Educational shows for primary and secondary students will run throughout the day, as well as mini-lessons led by teachers. Nothing will ever replace our incredible teachers and the work they do. But were making sure every Victorian student has access to as many learning opportunities as possible. BYO chair and bear.

08.01.2022 Thank you to the wonderful 4yo old parents who were able to help tonight at our first working bee in 2020! The sun shone on us at the perfect time for spreading mulch, pruning, tidying the yards and cleaning up inside. The kinder looks amazing. THANK YOU!

07.01.2022 I thought I would upload a recipe for the playdough that I use all the time for our sessions. Here is some ideas that you could make with the playdough other th...an just having fun free choice! PLAYDOUGH RECIPE Cooked Playdough (The softest and the best!!) 2 cups of plain flour 2 cups of water 1 cup of salt cup of cream of tartar cup of oil Few drops of food colouring Mix all of the above ingredients in a large saucepan. Place on the stove and stir together until stiff. Allow to cool then knead and knead until it is all mixed together.
