Now I have your attention 2 Envious car club have teamed up with the Lion’s club and Palmyra Drag way to raise much needed money for the poor farmers struggling in drought. This event will be on Australia Day the 26thJanuary 2020. Hendry’s performance is also donating all the money raised on the Dyno to the bush fire appeal. Come on Australia car scene what’s more Aussie on Australia day then to raise money for our country. Palmyra is a licenced venue, they have free camping available lions club is firing up the bbq and we have a fun filled day planned for all. 08.01.2022 RARE SPARES ROCKYNATS THERE’S SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO The first Rare Spares Rockynats will take place April 2-5, 2021 over the Easter long weekend. Why E...aster? Trying for a September/October date would’ve distracted Council and agencies that need to focus on the region’s health and safety during the virus crisis. And Rocky’s too hot and too wet to do an event like Rockynats until March. None of us want to wait until the end of June 2021, so Easter here we come! And the Easter weekend actually means more hours of burnouts, more hours of street drags, a bigger street parade and some other cool new things. What else is cool? We’ve moved the Street Parade to Good Friday which means it can go bigger. There will be an Elite Pavilion complete with an unveil show. The Awards party on Sunday night can go very big because Monday is also a holiday. The dates we’ve announced now includes the Monday with a massive goodbye breakfast BBQ and morning showcase of Award winners. ENTRANTS the great news is you don't have to do anything! Your entry can be rolled over to the new date automatically. You’ll receive an email telling you how to get a refund if you need to on Thursday 2/4. SPECTATORS same goes, your ticket can be rolled over to the new dates you don’t have to do anything. Check your email on Thursday 2/4 for information on how to get a refund if you need to. New tickets will go on sale later this year. ACCOMMODATION the best thing to do is contact your accommodation directly and ask for a change of dates. Please be patient and please be kind. Most of these Rocky accommodation houses are small businesses. They’ll be getting pummelled with requests today, have minimal staff, and they’re hurting big like everyone else. We’ll put cancelled entries up for sale on July 1, 2020 at the same price, but we won’t be increasing the overall number of entrants. We’re still holding back 100 spots for locals, and they will be released early next year. No waiting list - first come, first served. Requests for spectator and entrant refunds are available until May 31, 2020. Refunds take up to 14 days from time of request depending on what payment method you used.
