24.01.2022 Q: What's wrong with this burger? A : It doesn't have cheese *******... Don't like medium beef? Ask for it well done. It is as simple as that. Our beef patties are made inhouse. This is the process: 1. Whole muscle cuts of beef are delivered. 2. We sliced and dice to prepare for 1 day's service 3. Beef are minced and pressed 4. Our stock is rotated 5. Patties are served to you within 24 hours 6. Repeat *** We prepare in 24 hour batches to maintain quality. If you like fresh & quality products that are prepared by qualified chefs and experienced trained cooks, see us. If you like fresh cook to order- that's us too. If you like frozen, precooked or lower grade bulk preminced beef from wholesalers, - we are not for you. We follow all the rules and have passed all of our inspections with flying colours. Temperature and quality checks are done regularly throughout the day. To the "anonymous" person who complained about our medium beef patties and how we prepare them, please be assured we have had another inspection of our equipment, procedures and products today.....and yup, still all at a pretty high standard. 22.01.2022 That's a wrap Unfortunately, we did not anticipate to get THAT busy over the last few days. We have completely sold out of stock so we won't be able to open tomorrow. Well deserved promotion! You guys rock! ******* Matt and I have been waiting for the right time so that we can step away from the shop every now and then. Not completely, just every now and then. Part of this process was finding the right people who we can trust to look after Burgerfiend's customers, products and staff. With Kye, Bec and Mitch's help, Matt and I can confidently leave the shop when we need to. We know that they will deliver the same high quality products and service.
