22.01.2022 I read a review last night by Derek on Google posted Sunday that was not only upsetting but an absolute blatant lie. He wrote disgusting and was abused by the owner, overpriced if you want to pay for a good burger you should go up the road to Just Poppys. ... For the record I have a great deal of respect for Poppys. Not only because I know how hard they work but have done so for many years. I feel this posts only purpose on Google was to try and hurt my business. I have NEVER I repeat NEVER ever abused a customer, I pride myself and the teams level of customer service and am extremely disappointed anyone would attempt to make such a false accusation to hurt us. Its one thing when our customers are so passionate about there favourite place to eat but a whole different level to lie. We arent the cheapest place to eat I know that, but when you take into account we give fries with every burger we arent that far off the mark, but thats ok, I appreciate we arent for everyone thats the beauty about having choices. Choices based on taste, price, service etc. Ive never deleted a post but am considering reporting the false review on Google. For anyone who has read it, please read the other reviews for a true reflection on what Burger PL8 is about............

17.01.2022 Massive shout out to everyone last night. Thank you all so much for your understanding & patience for the delays. For those of you a little frustrated in the wait please understand we do out best and work as hard & fast as possible. Unfortunately receiving orders totalling 137 burgers in 43 minutes put US under the pump and at times felt like an impossible task. But our crew soldiered on and on most part did pretty well. But there were some mistakes, were not perfect and can... misquote times when your order will be ready for pick up. For that we apologise and will work even harder next time. Once agian thanks for your patience we only hope the wait was worth it for you all.
