We are incredibly disappointed, as this was supposed to be the opportunity for to say thank you for your support in such a volatile year. Given the official recommendations for the Greater Sydney Region to avoid unnecessary gatherings and travel, we think it is the responsible thing to do, to try to ensure we can all have a safe Christmas with our families. 09.01.2022 Middle Eastern Baked Eggs Stuck for dinner choices? Here's a quick and easy recipe our members have loved during their 4 week challenge! ... 8 simple Ingredients: 6 eggs 1 capsicum diced 1 brown onion diced 1 large chilli chopped 1 clove of garlic 2 tins of diced tomatoes 12 basil leaves shredded 1 tbsp of olive oil 5 Easy Steps: Heat the oil in a hot pan Add the onion, garlic, chilli and saute until onions are translucent Add the capsicum followed by the diced tomatoes and 6 basil leaves and cook for 3 minutes Once simmering, add the eggs and cook for 10 minutes or until eggs are cooked to your liking Season with salt and pepper and add remaining basil leaves to the pan (option to serve with bread, would recommend ) These carbs and protein are perfect for both pre or post-workout. Recipe: Ingredients 175g Wholemeal flour 1 scoop True Protein WPI90 French Vanilla tsp Baking powder tsp Pink salt 1tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Ginger tsp Nutmeg 1/8 tsp ground cloves 1 tbsp Coconut oil (melted) 1 Egg 1 tsp Vanilla essence cup Maple syrup cup Molasses Method Using a large mixing bowl combined all the dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl mix together the remaining ingredient. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir them together. Place mixture into the fridge for 1-2 hours. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a tray with baking paper. Remove mixture from the fridge, roll (between 2 pieces of baking paper/ plastic wrap or use flour) and cut into preferred shapes and place on baking tray. Bake for 10 mins until slightly golden and ice when cool if desired.
02.01.2022 MEET LETITIA Letitia is only 19 and preparing for the Miss Australia Competition. She is also a 'Sapphire' (NRL Bulldogs cheerleader). Her special Miss Australia talent is baton twirling, which she then uses in her cheerleading by setting it on fire!!! However, Letitia’s successes did not come easy... ... Letitia had been dealing with the stress of HSC exams and as a way to relieve stress decided to join a gym. Letitia began training on a regular basis and this is where she found her passion for health and fitness. Letitia started attending classes and working out on the gym floor. However, Letitia’s latest passion has been her involvement in group PT sessions with Tenielle and Kelly. Letitia is certainly a high achiever, taking on extra group training sessions and taking part in the current 4-week challenge. "My confidence began to flourish after I saw progression in the weight room and in classes. I've also gained strength in certain areas which has helped me hold acrobatic positions for longer during my cheerleading performance". These skills are attributed to her own discipline and dedication to her training.
