23.01.2022 We were delighted to welcome Senator Zed Seselja to our Valley Campus for the opening of our newest building at the Senior School last Monday. Senator Seselja officially opened the building with Bishop Mark saying a prayer. The opening of this building provides the Senior School with additional flexible teaching & learning spaces, and following a number of delays, especially due to COVID-19, we're excited to finally officially open this facility!

Hearing the students participating in the fun and engaging activities was music to our ears Our wonderful Junior School music teachers have worked with students throughout the last semester to teach them about jazz and blues music so that the students could participate in the improvisation, call & response, and other instrumental activities as part of the show!

14.01.2022 Anglicare NSW South, NSW West & ACT asked for help - our students answered the call! They have been blown away with the generosity of our students and community. We collected and delivered approximately 30 shopping trolley loads of donations - an amount that they have not seen before on such short notice! The ELC, Junior School, Middle School and Senior School all thoughtfully contributed items for those in great need in Canberra. In spite of what this year has brought, the "greatest of these is love" 1 Corinthians 13:13. If you would like to contribute to the Anglicare Pantry Appeal, please check out their website with collection points: https://www.anglicare.com.au///appeals/winter-appeal-2020/

Earlier this week Mike Gordon (@guggajugs on Twitter) uploaded some amazing footage of a gargantuan wave crashing into the LHD Check out the comments to compare it with a couple of photos of our Year 7s from 2015 and 2016 touring the flight deck, you really get a sense of the massive scale!
04.01.2022 Every day we have a smiling face moving around the school cleaning the door handles, handrails, toilets, lockers and everywhere else we touch. To show our gratitude, the Middle School students have all written in a card. How did the teachers find out? The students were found passing this not so subtle card around in class.
