21.01.2022 Anglicare NSW South, NSW West & ACT asked for help - our students answered the call! They have been blown away with the generosity of our students and community. We collected and delivered approximately 30 shopping trolley loads of donations - an amount that they have not seen before on such short notice! The ELC, Junior School, Middle School and Senior School all thoughtfully contributed items for those in great need in Canberra. In spite of what this year has brought, the "greatest of these is love" 1 Corinthians 13:13. If you would like to contribute to the Anglicare Pantry Appeal, please check out their website with collection points: https://www.anglicare.com.au///appeals/winter-appeal-2020/
20.01.2022 We are aware many in the community may be feeling worried or anxious given the start to 2020. To our extended Burgmann Anglican School family, we wish to reassure you there are some wonderful learning opportunities and activities happening at the school and we are heartened by the positive demeanour of our students and staff. It is vital to our wellbeing that we all take the time to reflect on the positive experiences, big and small, which continue to take place each day in o...ur lives and those of our family and friends. We continue to monitor the situation with our staff, students and families and should there be a confirmed case we will take appropriate action as advised by government authorities and inform the school community.
