Coaches will notify their teams of their changes.... U6 will now be Tuesday 4:45pm to 5:45pm U7 will now be Thursday 4:45pm to 5:45pm Field locations and entrance/exit points remain as was.

24.01.2022 Major Announcement: Burleigh Heads Soccer Club is proud to announce the inclusion of a senior Women’s team for 2021. In addition, the club is delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Griffiths as the Women’s Head coach for the Bulldog’s next season. Team trial dates for our Women’s team commence; Monday, January 11, 2021 6:30pm for 7:30pm start at Pizzey Park... Mark Griffiths has a fantastic reputation in Women’s football. A former player of Dandenong City FC in Melbourne, Taringa Rovers in Brisbane and 10+ years of coaching experience where Mark has won 4 Premierships, 3 Grand Finals and in 2018 he was awarded Football Gold Coast Metro Women’s Coach of the year. With over 40 years of football experience Mark has set team trials from the 11th of January at Pizzey Park and encourages all aspiring women footballers to come down to the club. I want to create a team culture of happy, friendly and competitive players, with not only a team commitment but a club commitment too. My goal is to build a competitive team of both experienced and young players in our first season and I’ll be aiming for a top 4 finish. 11.01.2022 MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT: The club is delighted to announce the re-signing of multiple premiership winning coach Colin Phelan as the Bulldogs Head Coach for the 2021 Season. The 20+ year coaching veteran and multiple Gold Coast Premier League winning head coach has agreed to extend his stay and lead the Bulldogs for the 2021 season. The club is pleased to have secured the services of Phelo and his coaching staff for another season. In addition to Phelo’s extension, returning to the... club for 2021 is highly regarded goalkeeper coach Colin Miller and the 2020 Gold Coast Premier League Reserves coach of the year Russell Woodruffe. I’m thrilled to be back at Burleigh for another season and I’m looking forward to the squad returning fresh to training next week. We’re pleased to have retained last year’s squad and coaching staff, with a few new exciting signings to come that will strengthen the squad for this season, said Phelo. Everyone at this club knows what it takes to be successful, everyone knows the hard work that’s in front of us and everyone is hungry to achieve success. The challenge for us is to continue to improve and build on the club's strong foundations and winning culture and I am very excited about helping Burleigh do that, said Phelo. Pre-season resumes Tuesday 5th of January with senior players meeting at the club at 6:00pm.

05.01.2022 Thankyou to everyone who attended our Junior Presentations on Friday and Saturday. 2 fantastic events, which went ahead seamlessly thanks to the tireless efforts from club volunteers including committee members, coaches, managers, parents, players, friends. . . Special thanks to Justyn and the Soccer X Pty Ltd crew for running back to back games to keep the kids busy on Saturday, a massive effort. Bec for putting together such a well structured and smooth running event..., and for DJ Buxx - Epati Fale -for providing the soundtrack for the day what a legend! . .
