23.01.2022 Just a quick categories clarification for competitors this year. TWO Grand Champion awards are on offer. 1/ A KCBS Master Series so the standard 4 proteins of pork shoulder, pork ribs, chicken and brisket (supplied) apply. 2/ To be crowned the Burleigh BBQ Champion, an additional two ancillary categories must be handed in. Seafood and lamb.
