The weather isn't ideal for an outdoor workshop, but luckily Geo Eco Farm has an undercover area, as well as a cozy kunara heated classroom for most of the theory and some of the practical

06.01.2022 This photo was taken after completing our first workshop back in 2018, T and I with fat smiles on our faces and filled with positive energy spoke of the future of Burn City Mycology. Since then we’ve held many workshops and have grown through them, both individually and as a team. T and I met at a cultivation workshop run by Nick at Milkwood Permaculture and from there on have shared our mushroom journey together, sharing successes and failures and all things fungi. We eventu...ally took all the knowledge and experience we had gained and decided to start sharing it, using our strengths and weaknesses and bringing them together to create the ultimate flow in our workshops. This year has been hard to say the least, and losing such an important person in my fungal world on top of everything else has been harder than I would have imagined. Burn City wouldn’t be a thing if it weren’t for Tyler, and I most certainly wouldn’t be were I am today without him. So I just wanted to say thank you to the most passionate, kind, caring and funny dude out there. I love you T With all of that said, I will continue the Burn City journey on my own for now. With all the restrictions I haven’t been able to run any workshops, and I am missing it like crazy! The free time has allowed me to hone in my cultivation skills at Mushroom Forestry, do a lot of reading and think about the future of Burn City Mycology. There are a few things in the works, one being a collaboration, but that’s all I’ll say for now. I will be making some announcements when the time is right, so keep an eye out
