25.01.2022 A magnificent winters day at the West Coast Clay Target Club today! Some friendly competition for our final Interclub shoot, with BCTC coming away with the win for 2020! A BIG thank you to the WCCTC for a fun day, to our members that travelled and congratulations to todays event winners.

22.01.2022 What a turn out we had last night for our State Night Championships shoot! A BIG shout-out to everyone that came along and joined in, it was great to have you there. :D It did get chilly later in the evening, but the conditions couldnt have been much better and some great scores were recorded. Congratulations to all our winners and runners-up, and we look forward to seeing you all again next month.

19.01.2022 Following advice from the Australian Clay Target Association regarding COVID-19, the BCTC Committee has made the decision to cancel our weekly practice and monthly shoots until further notice. Please stay safe and adhere to the Health Departments recommendations to assist in stopping the spread.

16.01.2022 ADVANCED NOTICE ALL CLUBS October 31st, TCTA are holding the Sperry Marshall & Don Taylor competitions at TGC. 2 x 50tgt events 1x DB & 1 x PS... All clubs to encourage as many members as possible to attend. Best scores from each grade, for each club to count in this Team competition for clubs, the more shooters the better your chances! The teams are AA,AA,A,B,C, if you dont have all grades you can borrow someone, but there home club gets first divs, there scores can onky be used once. Also a fun team comp over the 100tgts AA, A, B, C, V, & L or J to make up your team. Could be anyone, make up a fun name, you could have a team of farmers, women, mechanics, truck drivers etc. As well as normal O/A & grade winners! Raffles plus BBQ lunch, dont miss out, start getting your teams organised! Also confirmed at todays TCTA meeting those that are in the 2020 state teams will shoot & have photos taken between events. 11.01.2022 BCTC COVID-19 UPDATE 20th May, 2020 Were sure many of you are hoping for some normality sooner rather than later, and clay target shooting would be a big part of that for some. Unfortunately, we still have a little while to wait The Tasmanian Clay Target Association (TCTA) will hold a general meeting on 20th June, where a COVID-19 Safety Plan will be discussed to provide all affiliated Tassie clubs with guidelines for reopening in compliance with the State Governments M...ass Gathering restrictions. Until this meeting has taken place and these guidelines have been developed, the BCTC will not be opening. We understand this is frustrating for many who are keen to resume our sport, but we ask that you please be patient as we work with the TCTA to ensure we are compliant with all State Government COVID-19 requirements. We will provide updates here as more information comes to hand. See more
