16.01.2022 Just about out of superhot pods.Thankfully we have an awesome grower in Bundy. Just placed an order for 60kg.That should keep us going for a couple of weeks. In the spring we will buy a 32 tray dehydrator. The little ones we have are too damn slow

16.01.2022 Off to Bundaberg early tomorrow for 82kg of pods. 3 dehydrators on to make room for the next lot of pods. Can't wait until we can get to some events to launch our products. On the East Coast.

16.01.2022 Just made the first 1kg pack of chilli salt. Himalayan Pink Salt and Scorpion Chilli. We can make all our products in refill packs of any size to suit everyone's requirements.

14.01.2022 Picked up 100 kg of pods yesterday. 4 dehydrators will be flat out for a few days. I can feel some superhot powders coming on.

13.01.2022 Beautiful morning in the Lockyer Valley. Balmy 3.4 degrees. Time to get out of bed to check the dehydrators and start packing up some orders.

09.01.2022 Just found out that during lockdown I have maintained my weight. Still 50kg lighter than I was. I took the opportunity to give up diet cola and takeaway food. Feel better for it too

07.01.2022 Rain glorious rain. The chilli plants are loving it. Doesn't feel like winter in the beautiful Lockyer Valley. Plants are flowering and loads of pods.

Many people won't copy and paste this, but my truly sarcastic friends will copy and paste it because they're sarcastic by nature. If you don't copy and paste it, then this means you hate bacon. And if you hate bacon, the government wins, and a unicorn dies. Possibly puppies as well. And occasionally baby goats. But never dragons because of something to do with tomatoes.and your status will turn blue or something like that And the government can read everything and Facebook will share everything that is on your phone and delete the whole contents

05.01.2022 The last batch of Reaper pods in the dehydrator. Off to Bundaberg next weekend for 60kg more pods. Getting chocolate and yellow too . Heaps of dried pods now ready to grind into flakes and powders.

02.01.2022 I have a question for all the people who know a lot more about chillies than I do. I'm dehydrating a lot of pods to grind into flakes and powder . We have a lot of different varieties including chocolate and yellow types. Does the powder taste different or is it pretty much the same? Probably a stupid question so laugh quietly please.
