25.01.2022 That's right youthies! This Friday night is our Mario Kart show down!! Come along to church from 7pm Friday and bring your racing gloves for an awesome night of Mario Kart madness!! Be warned the leaders meet and play on a regular basis, do you have what it takes to show them up?? Let's find out! See you there!! We will be playing on a Wii, and other games may follow...how's your golf? I know the leaders are a bit average :)

24.01.2022 Had so much fun last night with our Great Burnside Bake Off! Two teams of youth went crazy in the kitchen to make plenty of delicious cakes and biscuits. It was great to see the team work and dedication. Some wonderful creativity came out too. Well done on the great results guys. Watching became too much for one parent with her jumping in to join in with fun. #BCUCBEREAL

24.01.2022 We hit the bowling lanes last night, the leaders got quite a flogging at the hands of the young people. We also tried something a bit different for our second game, Golf Bowling. Bumpers for everyone and the idea was to get the lowest score. Didn't quite last the whole game but the idea had merit and brought huge amounts of laughter. I will post the final score sheet later.

22.01.2022 Strewth!! It's term 4 already! Time flies when you are flat out like a lizard drinking all year! With the year nearly cactus and the weather being so top shelf cracker we thought we would break out a true blue night with all the bells and whistlers! NO furphy! So come along to the big smoke of BCUC for Aussie night! Doesn't matter if you're a bloke or a sheila, a larrikin or a bludger, grab the mob and head on down!! We'll try some Vegemite, chellenge you with weet-bix and maybe try throwing thongs, or a boomerang! Hope to see there!! Cost 4 quid. You'll spit the dummy if you miss it!

21.01.2022 This should give the idea of what we are getting up to this Friday night. It's the Great Burnside Bake Off!! Youth v Parents/leaders. It's going to be epic! Biscuits, cakes and slices a plenty. Who is the better baker?? Only time will tell. Meet at church from 7pm for a 7:15 start Friday night. Can't wait to see you there. Cost $4. 20.01.2022 That's right people we are going Laser Skirmishing this Friday night!! Meet at Kart Mania Gepps Cross, corner of Grand Junction and Port Wakefield roads, from 6:30pm this Friday for an hour of Laser Skirmish craziness!! We will have four missions and supper for the mad price of just $20!! Hope to see you there with your running shoes on!!

12.01.2022 Awesome night last night with our Easter night! Chocolate egg hunt, hot cross buns, eggstacle course and even the Easter story! Thanks so much for those that came and made it such a fun night. That was our last event for the term, looking forward to next term and doing all the fun again!

06.01.2022 We had an awesome first night back on Feb 3rd down at Semaphore Beach. Fish and chips for dinner, some throwing of the Frisbee, a sand castle competition and even some fun on the playground (for the leaders as well as the youth.). 03.01.2022 After a chilled out night at the beach last fortnight this week we keep the water theme but bring it to church. Meet in the carpark from 7:15pm for a wet and wild night of Water Wars!!!! This Friday we will be joined by the younger members of the church from junior church for our make a movie night! Come early and join the bbq dinner before we start cameras rolling to make our own Burnside blockbuster!! So start to warm up you voice, brush up your acting skills and maybe start on your awards thank you speech. Cost $4. Lights! Camera!....

We'll meet under the shelter near the merry go round to share our dinner before we have some fun on the sand. Parents and siblings are welcome too!
