However things are being carried out a little differently now! - We are limited to number of students per class. - Due to restriction in class size and floor size, classes are to be pre booked and each student will be contacted prior to class. ... - If you are a current student and have not been contacted about attending classes, or would like to attend a class please txt 0418959069. With your full name and day/s youd like to attend. - We are now leaving a 10 minute gap in between each class to allow for students to leave and arrive with as little contact with others. - Unfortunately for now parents/family are not able to watch classes or wait in our parents area. 21.01.2022 Let’s talk Coronavirus! Obviously this is on everyone’s mind and is changing everyday. - Currently the gym training area is disinfected daily and additional cleaning has been initiated. - If the government decides to close public schools I intend to change training to private family lessons which will run daily from 8am to 8pm (days times will be arranged when/if necessary) - Changes have been made to class layout to limit partner training and drills... I ensure you we are doing our part to ensure everyone’s safety. We will continue to monitor advice from the department of health and keep all students updated! And please, if you are unwell or have been in contact with anyone who is unwell or recently traveled overseas please follow the department of healths guidelines and recommendations and stay at home.

20.01.2022 DECEMBER UPDATES sparring week from Monday 9th to 14th last exam for the year Friday 20th from 4pm (additional notice will be sent to those that qualify) We will be closed Sunday 22nd December and reopen Monday 6th of January... 19.01.2022 Late post! BUT big CONGRATULATIONS to master Burridge who received his 7th degree black belt on the 28th of November. It was a very physical and technical exam lasting 2 hours! It included just about every basic skill, kicks punches blocks, advanced hand pad kicking and block shield kicking drills, boxing drills, and patterns T 6 7 jitae and chonkwon with full Korean terminology, and much more!

16.01.2022 Earlier this week we had the cubs and joeys from the Southern River Scout group attend our gym for a fun filled afternoon learning Martial arts. Everyone had a blast, even the parents were joining in!

This is a hard time for everyone, we appreciate and thank you for your continued support.
