17.01.2022 Hope you are all keeping safe over the Easter break! Just a tip for isolation with your furry companion. So that your dog doesn’t become over dependant while you are home more than ever, try and structure some time apart even if you are home all day. It may be as simple as your dog being outside in the backyard while you are inside. Or vice versa

02.01.2022 Dear clients, In this new and uncertain time with COVID-19, we need to protect our staff, our clients and our community. We want to continue to provide our regular services and at the moment we are open as normal.... In order to slow the spread of COVID-19, we need to work together and all do our bit. When coming to the practice, we kindly ask that you: *Wash your hands or use hand sanitiser when you arrive *Cough or sneeze into a tissue or your elbow away from other people, then dispose of tissue *Ask for a mask or gloves if you need *Refrain from touching your face *Practice social distancing where possible (1.5m) *Refrain from kissing your pet while at the clinic, as our staff will need to handle the animal afterwards *Limit the number of people presenting your pet at the clinic *Pay by card rather than cash If you would prefer to wait outside or in your car, just call the clinic and let us know you have arrived. We will call you in when we are ready for you. If you would prefer, a nurse can come out and bring the animal inside for the consultation to minimise contact. If you need to pick up medication or make any other purchase, please call ahead so we can have them ready for you without the need to wait. We ask that you please DO NOT come to the practice if: *You are feeling unwell *If you have any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose or shortness of breath *Have travelled outside of Australia in the last 14 days *Have been in contact with someone who has tested positive or otherwise been exposed to COVID-19 We are working hard to ensure we can continue to provide complete veterinary care. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This situation is rapidly evolving and we will provide updates as required.
