20.01.2022 Fantastic effort by our Jiu Jitsu students first week back Really encouraging to see a lot of the students back on the mats and ready to finish off the year in a positive manner. All other students the quicker you get back, the quicker your body will bounce back. You don't have to be fit to start back, the training will get you back into shape and your fitness will improve from there. But you do have to start....
