There is one active case: A fully-vaccinated pilot who has been in Townsville since 21st September and is in Townsville Hospital. The Townsville testing clinic is at the old Cowboys Stadium on Golf Links Drive, Willows. ... Stage 2 restrictions include: Masks You must carry a face mask with you at all times when you leave home, unless you have a lawful reason not to. Public Transport and ride share: must wear a mask including while waiting for the transport in a public space such as a bus stop, taxi rank or train station. Outdoors: you must wear a mask when unable to stay 1.5m apart from people who are not part of your household. It has been show...n to reduce associated pain and increase mobility. The water supports your body weight the effect of gravity is reduced. Therefore, joint movement and muscle strengthening that may not be possible on land can be achieved in the water. Hydrotherapy can also be beneficial when recovering from injury or surgery and to improve balance and coordination. Physiotherapist Lleyton will be running small group hydrotherapy classes on Mondays from 2:30 3:00pm at the Northshore pool. Sessions only cost $15 which includes entry to the pool. Specialized in PTSD, complex trauma, substance dependence, co-morbid disorders; highly experienced in a combination of evidence based therapies: EMDR (Eye movement Desensitization Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) including TF-CBT (Trauma Focussed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), MI (Motivational Interviewing) and have obtained a Level 2 Gottman training in couples counseling. All Therapies proven to bring about positive changes to peoples lives. 07.01.2022 Public Health Alert: Queensland Queensland Health is asking anyone who has arrived in Queensland from New Zealand since 14 January 2021, including on green corridor flights, to get tested and quarantine until you receive a negative test result. This comes after New Zealand recorded a confirmed positive COVID-19 case in a returned traveller who tested positive after completing 14 days of hotel quarantine. The woman has since visited a number of locations in New Zealand.... The woman is confirmed to have the South African variant of COVID-19, which is more contagious than previous variants. We are urging anyone who has returned from New Zealand to get tested immediately, even if you do not have symptoms and to quarantine until you receive a negative result. Contact tracing is currently underway by New Zealand Health authorities. For anyone with concerns or is unsure if they need to get tested or isolate, please call 13 HEALTH (13 43 25 84).
