Out of this 12.5kg bag of Laucke gluten free bread mix, I’ve made at least 18-20 loaves (maybe more, my record keeping is a bit tardy) PLUS 2 batches of GF gnocchi. This is a really lovely bread mix and at $87.50 for 12.5 kg, it’s worth every cent.
