23.01.2022 I read a recent article about a failed restaurant as told by the bookkeeper of the restaurant. One of the primary challenges was that the owners could not agree upon how to manage the staff so they regularly argued about it - in front of the staff! If you want to lose your best people and schedule a train-wreck this will do it!

21.01.2022 Great customer service experience - McIvor Inn Bendigo. Friendly, great attention to 'critical non essentials', neat and well appointed. Sensational breakfast. Well done Mick and Sue.

18.01.2022 Average customer service experience - La Porchetta Western suburbs running a workshop for [and feeding] 20 people. Needed power for the PC and told by management we could not use their powerpoint as it was against their policy! Very ordinary. Mel our waitress however was sensational and sorted it. She was born to look after people and was so good I'm not sure why she works there!?
