07.01.2022 I don’t know about you, but January has never been my best month for business planning. Typically, we’re recovering from a holiday that felt too short, juggling small people on school holidays and feeling the weight of expectation that THIS WILL BE OUR YEAR. A new approach is to treat January as a month where you intentionally let go of the things that did not work in a previous year.... You can ask yourself: - what did I take on that did not serve me - where am I in the habit of saying yes when I should say no - where did I undercharge or lose money - what sapped time from more valuable work - who took advantage of me Give yourself permission to let go of even one of the answers above and let me know if you feel lighter.
