20.01.2022 Yesterday the Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews announced that more non-essential businesses would be forced to close under the Stage 4 restrictions which came into effect in Melbourne on Sunday night. All essential food and essential services will remain open. This includes supermarkets, food stores, liquor shops, petrol stations, pharmacies, convenience stores, newsagents, post offices, banks and retailers selling disability and maternity supplies. Hardware, building and gar...den stores will remain open to tradespeople, with the public limited to click and collect and pick-up options. Some building and construction will also remain open. All other retail must close from midnight tomorrow, Wednesday 5 August. Unfortunately this means that many of our Moreland businesses will have to close for the next 6 weeks. We understand that these restrictions will be very challenging for the business community. But be assured that we are here to assist you as much as possible.
