Excellent coordination and interface management skills Knowledgeable in Accounting and PEZA is an advantage Must be willing to work in MOA Pasay Job Description: Computes for the semi-monthly payroll of all employees including final pay Prepare payment vouchers and encoding the accounting entry in the system Prepares job offer and monitors the pre-employment requirements who passed the assessment Process the government contributions and loans payments to different government agencies Ensure that the government such as Phil health benefits, SSS maternity and sickness notifications and ledgers are submitted to agencies Ensure that the Company’s progressive disciplinary procedures are being followed Issues NTEs, written warnings, notice of decision and notice of termination to employees who committed violation against the Company policies and procedure. Assist in accounting month end process Assist in procurements of supplies and other company needs Assists in negotiating contracts and evaluating vendors Handles Petty cash fund Other adhoc duties that may be assigned.
