15.01.2022 Hi Ladies, I am going on a well deserved break for a couple of weeks and will be closed from Friday the 12th of September till the 29th of September. Last class before I go is the 11th of September. I will be conducting a Bootcamp class every second week on Monday nights starting from the 6th of October. 05.01.2022 Sweet Potato, Zucchini & Feta Mini Muffins (as promised) Makes 30 mini muffins 1 medium sweet potato, grated... 1 medium zucchini, grated 1 medium red onion, grated 1/2 cup cheese, grated 100g feta, crumbled 1/3 cup spelt or wholemeal flour 4 eggs Combine all ingredients and spoon into mini muffin trays (tip, use silicon trays to stop muffins sticking).
