22.01.2022 [ Foreshore Playground Works 2 Dec early morning 7 December ] We’re getting in fast before school ends and the holiday season kicks in to do some maintenance ...work to the Sea Play on the Bay playground on the Busselton Foreshore. The playground will be closed to the public from Monday 2 December until very early on Saturday 7 December. It will be ready for playtime on Saturday the 7 December by about 7am. A few elements of the park will see scheduled maintenance including treatment of the Clipper ship’s timber decking. Thanks for your patience as we strive to keep this award winning playground ship shape.

21.01.2022 Now that the COVID restrictions are easing in WA (for the time being), if visiting please support our local businesses. Busselton Bliss will remain closed, but still an opportunity to stay with others and see amazing sunsets like this one today. Stay safe everyone.

21.01.2022 The photo of the beach was taken today during the winter months. There is a little bit of winter weed but still great for a morning walk! This week we updated the bar stools in the kitchen and added four leather foot stools in the lounge room. The mulberry trees also had a prune. This was required due to their quick growth and to reduce the amount of fruit this summer which can be a bit messy when it drops to the ground. Have a great weekend!

19.01.2022 Perth and the Southwest are experiencing several cold fronts this weekend, so we though we’d look forward to summer by putting up this large wave print . It looks magnificent on this wall. Also several guests have requested the use of a rice cooker, so we have made one available. We can’t wait to welcome guests this coming holiday period!

10.01.2022 [ NEW BEACH WHEELCHAIRS ] Great initiative! Two new beach trekker wheelchair were delivered to the Busselton and Dunsborough Foreshores last week. The wheelchairs are available to anyone who needs a wheelchair to access the beach, and are of no cost to the user. To book the beach wheelchair in Busselton, you can contact The Equinox Cafe on 9752 4641.
