22.01.2022 Our amazing property manager Kylie, a single mum to three girls lost everything they owned in a house fire last Friday night. If covid 19 and our furloughing her wasn’t enough, now she and her girls have only the shirts on their backs. She lost also all her cleaning equipment which earns her an income in the fire. 21.01.2022 Oh the sad face to be leaving the playground and Busselton after school holidays. Great news for next school holidays though - we have just realised dates from 1-12th October on airbnb. $275/$295 (fri/sat) night. Cleaning fee $125. Min 3 nights. Remember we sleep up to 12 so grab some friends and get away ... We are two mins walk to an IGA supermarket, pharmacy, BWS bottle shop, cafe, fish & chip shop and Thai takeaway. 3 mins walk to the beach. We accept pets too

21.01.2022 NSW released Short Term Holiday Let (STHL) state regulations last week including requirements for a state registered owner list, holiday let planning approval and annual fire safety audits. Stayz welcomes the new rules, Airbnb do not. Both platforms however continue to list unregistered houses. In Japan when this was legislated against available for let houses dropped 80%.
