25.01.2022 Been kind of busy over the last week Truck got 2nd coat on the roof (hydraulics are now reinstalled also) 5.3 has had the DOD oil passages drilled, tapped and plugged... The rings have been gapped to 28tho on the top ring and 30tho on the bottom ring Pistons and rods are now installed Also did some work on Dale's HZ (FB wont allow pics and video in one post???)

23.01.2022 Grinding back all the rust areas, its actually no that bad Re aligning panels, started on the worse side, actually gaping up good, front guard to door is the worse as the bottom was replaced and not lined up right when it was done I will be cutting the bottom of and realigning it the weld it back together

21.01.2022 Put the orginal metal back in after rust converter and killrust paint was applied to the inside surfaces Simple piece was made to repair the corner, seemed like a waste to use the spare cowl i have for a small repair

17.01.2022 4yrs ago i created this monster hump BA/BF bonnet to cover a custom made intake on an alloy blocked 5.4 Didn't turn out too bad

15.01.2022 Absolutely blown away with the condition of the factory metal under the cowl concidering what was on top... little wire wheel and some rustkill paint and it will be ready for the top to go back on....

06.01.2022 5.3 update Stripped, honed and cleaned the block, i then removed the Gen4 style crank reluctor wheel and fitted the Gen3 type Started cleaning the mains caps for reassembly Once the crank is back in properly I'll start on the ring gaps
