Getting people to actively promote your place requires good food/service etc, PLUS some strategic thinking.... What if your customers had 'something' to give to a friend to incentivise the friend to visit...? And what if you gave a 'reward' to your customers for doing so...? Sounds like something that might just get a whole lot more 'word of mouth' customers!
