04.01.2022 Where do we source our chicken? Our poultry comes from a multi award winning sustainable farm on the Fleurieu Peninsula. The chickens are organically raised (although not certified) and 100% free ranging, being pastured in open pens. They are free to scratch, peck and forage on fresh pasture whilst enjoying the sunshine. The chickens are never given antibiotics, hormones, chlorine or coccidiostats, they are truly free range and chemical free, just as nature intended.... All of the chickens on this farm have lived well and that is evident in the outstanding quality of the end product which is acclaimed for being plump, delicious and nutritionally dense.
