08.01.2022 WHY USE A MORTGAGE BROKER Case Scenario - A recent client went to their Building Society that they have banked with for nearly 15 years and have their existing home loan, credit cards and all of their banking with to see if they could get a loan to buy an investment property. The clients were not late with any payments and had a very good credit history.... Their mobile banker said they would not have any trouble getting a loan and so they entered into a 10-day-cooling-off to purchase the property. On the 7th day, they heard back from their mobile banker saying that they couldn't do the loan as they were 53 years old and they would only lend to them for 22 years (up till 75 years old), but they couldn't afford the loan on the shorter term. 04.01.2022 Hi all, In these interesting times, it might be worth taking a deep breath and just think about your bank balance. Does your business have 3 months of cash reserves? Do you need some spare cash just in case?... Unsecured business / cashflow finance is based on turnover in the last 3 - 6 months.
