24.01.2022 Customer brought in this lovely old knife they asked if I could sharpen for them, as it has a lot of chunks taken out the blade I said I can go one further and restore it if they like. They were wrapped to hear that as the knife has a lot of history in the family. I will post up photos when I’m done of the finished product. The price of a restore depends on the extent of the damage, but if you have a knife needing restored bring it down to meadow valley meats and see Tim or Sam and we can help you out.

Don’t stress we are getting a massive order in over night and the butchers will be in super early preparing it for you all. We have spoken with our suppliers today and they have informed us after this delivery they will be struggling to fill our orders because the demand at the moment is incredible. We will be doing our best to supply you with a full range of products. Thank you for understanding :)

16.01.2022 And here we have it that beautiful old butchers knife restored, removed rust/chunks from the blade, put an edge back on it and sharpened it, sanded back the handle and re sealed it with a food grade oil.

02.01.2022 Customer came in today with a knife she got off her dad who used to work as a slaughter man. Beautiful swibo knife but has a lot of chunks taken out of it, we worked our magic her today at meadow valley meats and when they pick it up tomorrow morning I’m sure they will be impressed Photos in comments of how the knife looked before.
