17.01.2022 When meeting and going on a wedding journey with my couples I ask a lot of questions, I really want to know them and have that understanding and connection to really make a wicked wedding experience. But who is Butterfly Ceremonies? My name Vanessa actually means Butterfly, I am always hungry, so much so, my wedding vows involved food but I cannot cook to save myself, not technically an Aussie, half Hungarian & half Kiwi, my favourite thing to do outside of weddings is live theatre, once was a Drama/Japanese high school teacher, IVF warrior princess and pregnant with my blue miracle, favourite food, anything carbs, 100% live for the 90s!

She is a beautiful person on the inside and out with a bubbly, funny and genuine personality. We had a few of our guests say that it was the best ceremony that they had been to and it reflected both of our personalities perfectly! 11.01.2022 That’s a wrap! Two amazing weddings in my favourite place today. Signing off for a couple of months as I step into my new role as Mum Special to be standing in the same place I got married in almost 4 years ago knowing my boy will be here in a few weeks. Surreal actually. My mum wore this dress to my wedding and it was perfect to finish up in today. Until you hear from me next time, lots of snacks, cleaning and wedding movies for me Vanessa

05.01.2022 My 1st Baby Gift Received from my gorgeous Bride She gave this to me at our rehearsal along with a beautiful thank you card and Lindt chocolates... these were demolished before I even got home Hit. Right. In. The. Feels. I got them married the next day and they left me this awesome review We couldn’t of done it without Vanessa !!! Hands down the best celebrant ever Only person that was more excited about my wedding day then me was her and I didn’t think that c...ould be possible. From the get go I knew Vanessa was perfect for us, so helpful, caring, genuine, fun and the list goes on ! I felt so calm on my wedding day knowing Vanessa was our Celebrant. It was like we had known her for years. Guests couldn’t speak more highly of our celebrant. 05.01.2022 Yesterday afternoon I was in my happy place and we certainly created some magic! This morning at 5.22am I received this text from my Bride Good morning Vanessa!! I can’t sleep because I’m just so excited! I want to thank you for everything you’ve done for Chris & I. You’ve gone above and beyond to make the start to our marriage so beautiful, so emotional and as calm as it can be! After the ceremony, I had so many people in my family & Chris’s coming up to us saying how... you did such an amazing job! And I mean LOTS of people! They were all too blown away by you, just as I was! I was like okay now do you understand why I said I NEED her?! My uncle even thought that you & I were friends previous to being our celebrant & was so shocked when I said no because it really came across that you just know Chris & I.
